Job Purpose:

Recruitment specialist is responsible for the execution of recruiting plans for applicable business units, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as leveraging new innovative recruitment approaches. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best possible talent will be hired through a partnership with the Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition.

-Work Location: Katameya Heights- Fifth Settlement

Job Responsibilities:

• . Post and announce vacancies on different recruitment channels (social media, online recruitment websites) for White and blue collars to develop database for hiring needs.
• Screening and shortlisting applicants from Workable and LinkedIn.
• . Conducts HR interviews and manage the technical interview process.
• Conduct various assessments applicable to the role.
• Send shortlisted candidates and get feedback from hiring managers
• Notify all unsuccessful candidates.
• Participate in all interviews to ensure compliance.
• . Track employees’ attendance and absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
• Provide pre-screened and qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager within agreed time frames.
• Ensure all recruitment documents are scanned and saved on Workable
• Provide feedback to the manager at the interview.

-8 working hours
- Days off: Fridays and Saturdays.
