Branding & Communication Specialist

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the company's brand strategy, messaging, and voice
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (internal and external)
  • Create compelling content (written, visual, and multimedia) that resonates with target audiences
  • Manage and update the company website and social media channels
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns to promote brand awareness and achieve marketing goals
  • Craft press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
  • Manage media relations and build relationships with key influencers
  • Monitor brand sentiment and address any negative publicity
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest branding and communication trends

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing communications, or public relationsStrong understanding of branding principles and best practicesExcellent writing, editing, and proofreading skillsProven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plansExperience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platformsProficient in graphic design software (a plus)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
