Senior Media Buyer

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing media strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of media planning, negotiation skills, and a track record of successful campaign execution. The ideal candidate will lead the media buying team, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize media spends and drive positive outcomes.

Media Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, media trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media plans with overall marketing strategies.
Media Buying and Negotiation:

Negotiate and secure advertising space, ensuring cost-effective placements.
Build and maintain relationships with media vendors to secure favorable terms and added value.
Stay informed about industry rates, emerging media opportunities, and negotiation tactics.
Campaign Execution:

Oversee the execution of media campaigns across various channels, including traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (display, social, programmatic).
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide insights.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in media buying, with a focus on both traditional and digital channels.Strong negotiation and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of media planning tools and analytics.Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance.
