Senior Sales - Real Estate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales - Real Estate at Perfoperty - by Circle Real Estate -located in Qesm El Agouza, Al Jizah, Egypt (On-site). The Senior Sales - Real Estate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales in the real estate industry. This includes communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales, and managing the sales process. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commercial and Residential Real Estate Expert!

 


Day-to-Day tasks associated with sales in the real estate industry.Contact potential clients, meet with clients, and showcase properties.Understanding client needs.Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients.Achieve the sales targetsAssist in the development and execution of real estate strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and achieving business objectives.Qualifications: Language Skills:               -  Proficiency in English (B2), both written and verbal. Technical Skills:              - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, to prepare reports, presentations and analysis.              - Ability to work in Agile & Scrum Environment. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics, investment principles, and market trends.
