  • Proven work experience as a Senior account manager
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude

  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field

Sales Role Responsibilities:Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.Acquire the necessary knowledge and thoroughly understand targeted solutions through provided training.Conduct successful daily cold calls to potential customers.Source new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Qualify and filter generated leads, converting them into opportunities.Understand customer needs and requirements.Conduct compelling online demos for prospects.Create and send technical and financial proposals.Coordinate with Presales and Technical teams for technical discussions if needed.Follow up with all potential prospects and negotiate proposals.Participate in activities to generate new opportunities.Log all generated leads and daily activities into the company CRM.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with sufficient potential opportunities matched to the assigned sales target.Provide accurate sales forecasts to management.Submit all requested sales reports to management.
