- Establish work schedules investigation unit and prioritize activities to meet company requirements.
- Issue investigation tracker for all deviation received from compliance department.
- Ensure Investigations are conducted and adequately resolved in a timely manner, with appropriate CAPAs in place to prevent reoccurrence of issues.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards at all times.
- Issue trend of investigation to start corrective process improvement.
- Handling all the quality agreements received from the toll companies.
- Issue quality agreement tracker for all archived agreements.
- Works closely with the operations team to ensure that the quality management system and quality plan supports current quality management strategy themes, corporate objectives and industry requirements.
