Job Description
* Follow-up with employees on their technical issues to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting and to ensure end user’s satisfaction.
* Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed.
* Provide quick resolution and excellent interpersonal skills
* Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
* Provide constant feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
* Keep record of problems and their solutions
* Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
* Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock.
* Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN.
* Work with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and troubleshoot daily problems.
* Work with the Kaspersky Security Center to keep clients updated and secured.
* Work with Fortigate firewall and create firewall policies up on request.
* Work with VMware ESXI and backup systems (Veeams)
Job Requirements* Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field* 1-3 Years of experience.* Experience in computer network, administration, hardware, and installation.* Experience in CCTV CAMERA , Active And Passive NETWORK INSTILLATION .* proven Knowledge in Windows server services “”AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO…etc.”* Proven knowledge in dealing with Office 365, Kaspersky Security Center, Sophos and fortigate Firewall, VMware ESXI.* CCNA and MCSA are preferred (courses or self-study at least).* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
