Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldProven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques and tools.Solid understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate assessment and interview techniques.Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems.
