Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and coordinate all supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of supply chain and planning activities with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain and planning team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply chain operations.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role.Mandatory work experience in an industrial environment.Preferred experience in the glass industry.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
