Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, or a related field.4th grade students or fresh grads is preferable Fluent In EnglishStrong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
