Personnel Specialist

• Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor..

 • Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.

 • Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required. 

• Assist in The orientation Of New Employees. 

• Responsible for Probationary Reports for support staff every 3 Months And sending them to appropriate Parties. 

• Responsible for Turn over report at end of each Month. 

• Responsible for processing new employees, transfers and Resignation. 

• Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System. 

• Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system. 

• Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets 

• Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)

 • Ensure that all team members’ HR Files are...

•Employee coding and Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)


REQUIREMENTS Job Qualification6 October / Sheikh Zayed residency is a MUST.Bachelor degree in commerce or equivalent.Industrial experienceMales Only. Practical Experience Requirements2-3 years of experience within industrial environment.Knowledge of the Egyptian Labor and Social Insurance Laws.Excellent command of spoken and written English and ArabicCompetency using Microsoft office applications.Proficiency in MS Excel.Knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to type.Keen eye for small details, to work efficiently with several pieces of documents.Strong communication skillsWHAT WE OFFER Social InsuranceMedical InsuranceTransportationBonusTraining
