Office Manager

- Managing and organizing the office and ensuring the effective functioning of the work.
- Receiving visitors and managing phone calls and e-mail tactfully.
- Organizing appointments and meetings and arranging travels and stays.
- Management of documents, files and other administrative guarantees.
- Support management and team in daily administrative tasks.


- High qualification.- Fluent in English.- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative position.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with the audience tactfully.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.- Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.- Full-time work.- Experience in import and export (preferred)
