- Strategically develop the Finance Department's objectives in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
- Formulate and oversee the annual budget for the Administration and Finance Department.
- Manage the company's budgeting process, preparing the annual consolidated Agile budget, and monitoring its use.
- Lead the development and implementation of Accounting and Finance policies and procedures, subject to review by the CEO.
- Ensure the effective implementation of financial policies throughout the organization.
- Organize and supervise all activities within the Finance Department, ensuring staff are adequately trained to meet standards, with a focus on cash flow monitoring and financial planning for expenses.
- Authorize and manage expenditures in accordance with the authority matrix and approved budget, including making recommendations on funds management and investments, and overseeing creditor and debtor relations.
- Plan and coordinate office and building services.
- Oversee the maintenance of fixed assets, conducting periodic physical control checks.
- Manage contracts, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of stationery, office supplies, letterheads, and forms.
- Manage both internal and external mail services (including courier companies).
- Address finance inquiries from government authorities and legal consultants.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers, monitor service delivery, and ensure contract renewals are handled appropriately.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the department.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in Business Administration and Finance.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) for the company.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO on the Finance Department's status and progress.
