Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Find and attract qualified candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and hiring best practices
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field+1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
