- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide procurement solutions that align with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and conduct supplier market analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in procurement activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and continuously seek opportunities to improve supplier performance and partnership.
- Analyze procurement data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Issue PO, get approvals, send to vendor and follow up delivery.
- Issue payment request to finance department to issue check for vendor.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in procurement.FMCG Background.Oracle system user.Proven experience in procuring goods and services in the medicine and sanitation.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relationship management.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
