Facility Management Engineer Supervisor

  • Track residents’ violations daily by coordination with community and security team.
  • Receive residents’ modification requests as per tenant manual and send it to design team to get approvals – rejections.
  • Review BOQ & BOM permissions as per identical specifications before release by coordination with community and security team.
  • Monitor & control modifications & renovations requested from the residents.
  • Track gas, electric & water meters requests and permissions.
  • Monitor any development projects with stakeholders (PM & Dev).
  • Lead civil maintenance works (Asphalt, interlock & building’s façade).
  • Hand on utilities stability (water main feeder – manholes)
  • Lead digger & rope technicians’ workload.
  • Attending all kinds of NUCA agents site visits.
  • Monitor land defaults.
  • Guidance with maintenance team.
  • Receive architectural resident requests till closure.
  • Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
  • Coordinating civil works with the electromechanical teams
  • Doing and reviewing basic drawings needed for site operations.

Preferred SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good representative and image.Highly communication skills.Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil/architecture 6-10 years.Proven work experience in real estate.Strong AutoCAD experience.MS, word Excel & PowerPoint experience.Residential experience is a MUST.Reporting to      Community and facilities Manager
