Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the vice president in formulating the company's annual human resources strategic plan and breaking down the human resources goals to implement the plan
  • Regularly organize and collect information on personnel recruitment, training, performance, compensation, etc. to provide information support for the company's major personnel decisions
  • Establish and improve the human resources management system (including recruitment, performance, training, salary and employee development systems)
  • Reasonably arrange recruitment plans based on staffing and recruitment needs of each department
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll calculation of the company
  • Develop monthly recruitment, training and performance work plans for the company
  • Responsible for guiding subordinate employees to formulate phased work plans and supervise their implementation
  • Responsible for coordinating the relationship within the department and between other departments
  • Responsible for maintaining and promoting the company's factory rules and regulations and corporate culture

Qualifications:

  • Gender: No limit to male or female, age 30-40 years old
  • Applicants with more than 5 years of practical experience in human resources work, 3 year of experience in the position of human resources manager, professional degree or above, preference is given to human resources, business administration and other related majors
  • Be familiar with relevant laws, regulations and policies of the country, region and enterprise
  • Have the modern enterprise human resources management model and accumulated practical experience, have a deep understanding of the performance and training modules in human resources management, be able to guide the work of each functional module, and have forward-looking ideas for human resources development
  • Sensitive to changes in people and organizations, with fast response ability
  • Have strong judgment, decision-making, planning and execution capabilities, and good communication, coordination, organization and team building skills
