Team Leader TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER
• Lead The Team To Achieve The Objectives.
• Attend Weekly Progress meetings With The UAE office.
• Study project contract documents (schedule, project design drawings, BOQ).
• Maintain and update the shop drawing log Weekly As Per The Planning Dates.
• Prepare requests for information (RFIs) to address any technical issues during construction.
• Review subcontractors' shop drawings.
• Troubleshoot unexpected technical challenges during construction and reporting to the Technical Manager.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions.
• Review and Revice Team construction item drawings Before Submitting It To UAE Team.
• Review and Revice as-built drawings at project completion for submission To UAE Team.
• Coordinate structural and architectural drawings across different disciplines (MEP drawings).
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, Grade between 2014-2016• Contractor's background is essential.• Minimum 8 years of experience in Architecture Shop drawings.• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.• Strong understanding of shop drawings and document coordination.• Knowledge of construction terminology and techniques.• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
