Key Account Manager

  • Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers and make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
  • Manage relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
  • Negotiate contracts with new clients.
  • Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by
  • researching the customer's needs and requirements in different markets.
  • Continually track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Attend and prepare international fairs, exhibitions and seminars to promote products and establish relations with customers.
  • Ensure that all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
  • Conduct regular market visits to follow up on both the company and competitors' products and identify potential business opportunities.


 


Bachelor's degree in Business Management,  Sales or relevant field.Chemical Manufacturing experience is a must, at least 5 years experience.Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsAn understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.Cairo Resident.Must have a valid driving license and a car.Accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Analytical and multitasking skills.Teamwork and motivational skillsProven experience as key account manager
