Front Desk Customer Service Representative - Mall Management

·       Elevate the customer service experience, cultivating a base of engaged and satisfied customers.
·       Own customer issues from start to finish, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
·       Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, documenting all actions and discussions.
·       Analyze performance metrics to deliver comprehensive reports and insights.
·       Manage workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maintain high service levels.
·       Handling customers and solving their problems.
·       Provide knowledgeable answers to customers. questions about Mall shops. 
·       Work with internal departments to meet customer needs.


Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant positionFamiliarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeepingProficient in English (oral and written)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationHigh School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plusPreferably Males
