  1. Reports violations to the police, the administrative prosecution, the public prosecution, or the Central Auditing Organization, as applicable, after obtaining the director's approval and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  2. Represents the university in police departments, the administrative prosecution, the public prosecution, and other related bodies, providing the requested information and following up on their actions.
  3. Conducts internal and external communications within and outside the university to obtain information, explain the university's perspective, or resolve problems.
  4. Oversees the study of legal cases and disputes filed by or against the university, preparing the necessary documents and information in cooperation with the relevant departments and managing the filing process.
  5. Reviews submitted grievances and presents them to the Director of Legal Affairs for submission to the competent authority, and notifies concerned parties of the outcomes of their grievances.
  6. Participates in internal and external committees related to his work, presents the committees' findings to the director, and takes necessary actions in this regard.
  7. Pleads before courts and administrative bodies.
  8. Investigates complaints and conducts inquiries.
  9. Prepares contract drafts.

Holder of a Bachelor of Laws.Registered in the Bar Association.Experience of minimum 2 years at least.Thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and decisions governing the work and its technical principles.
