● Manage the recruitment and selection process
● Administer compensation and benefit plans
● Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
● Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
● Undertake tasks around performance management
● Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
● Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
● Ensure compliance with labor regulations
● Report to management and provide decision support  
through HR metrics
● Handled employee conflicts efficiently while following
all company
● Track the social insurance ensuring that new
employees are registered in with form 1 and resigned
or terminated employees are removed from with form
● Prepares and Follow-up on the renewal of the annual
contracts .
 


● Degree in Human Resources or related field● 5-7 years of experience● Proven working experience as HR Supervisor , Senior HR Generalist or other HR Executive role.● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices● HR certificate is preferred.
