We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in attracting and sourcing top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand their workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Additionally, you will conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed hiring decisions.

The Recruitment Specialist will also participate in career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline. Furthermore, you will analyze recruitment data to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance our recruitment process.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in recruitment and a deep understanding of the Facilities Management / Construction industry. You should be familiar with relevant sourcing techniques and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR manager to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to attract and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Support hiring managers by ensuring job description is ready for posting, interview plan is determined, and candidate feedback is managed quickly and efficiently.
  • Make informed hiring decisions and extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Participate in career fairs, industry events, and recruitment activities to attract top talent
  • Maintain and update documentation related to the recruitment process
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
     

Excellent command of English language is a must.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field.7+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition function in facilities management organizations or relevant industries (Construction, Contracting).Solid Experience in both White and Blue Collar recruitment for all position levels (junior, mid & senior).Knowledgeable of recruitment best practicesExcellent MS Office skills.Good and proven analytical skills.Strong communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Excellent team player and coordinator.Excellent knowledge of the labor laws and regulations.
