Senior HR & Administration Specialist

  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Handling the onboarding of new hires.
  • Responsible for preparing and managing the personnel records, files and legislation (social insurance, medical, etc.)
  • Sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different positions within the company.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new hires into the Social Security system.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the company's systems.
  • Supervises and performs vehicle and equipment acquisition , maintenance and repair
  • Register and license all vehicles under their management.

HR Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or at least five years’ relevant HR experienceFamiliarity with full cycle recruiting.Males only Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.ODOO userTeam management skills.
