- Provide coordination support to the Executive Recruitment team, including arranging meetings and interviews
- Organize, update, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for the department, ensuring easy access to information and resources
- Update and maintain logs of inquiries received and responses provided, updating member records as needed
- Assist the team with the development of surveys and relevant research to inform their work
- Administer employment reference requests
- Scan and file all received applications and CVs
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team's operations
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline the hiring process
- Schedule and coordinate all interviews
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage the department's database and email communications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area1+ years of experience working in Human Resources.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Sense of responsibility and taking ownership.
