• Cash exchange for suppliers - contractors - salaries, commissions and advances - rents - purchases.
• Disbursement of the temporary covenant to the company's employees, reviewing and settling them, and reviewing purchase invoices, what is taxable and non-taxable.
• Responsible for bringing tax invoices from companies and shops and making tax notices.
• Review and match the cash in the treasury and adhere to the exchange limits.
• Payment of taxes, social security and all government payments.
• Submit a daily report of the treasury's movement to send it to the accounts manager daily.
• Dealing with banks in (issuing check books - requests to pay payments to government agencies -..........).
• Bank deposit of suppliers' checks - cashing checks from banks to finance the treasury.
• Preserving post-dated checks for customers (customers' checks) inside banks, reviewing and following them up, whether they were collected or rejected.
• Follow up suppliers, review their invoices and documents, make the necessary tax notices for them, and ensure that they are in conformity with the quantities.
• Making requests for refunding checks bounced from banks and re-depositing them again after the client's review.
• Issuing suppliers' checks (Payment Notes), taking into account the balances of banks and following them up in case they are disbursed or not.
• Daily follow-up of the movement of the accounts of all banks and matching their balances to the actual reality on an ongoing basis.

• Settlement of the site's covenant and expenses, making a detailed analysis of the expenses, what is taxable and non-taxable, and making tax notices.
• Disbursement and follow-up of contractors' dues in cash payments or checks after reviewing the extracts and deducting the business guarantee.
• Review all extracts with the project manager and ensure their integrity and registration after being approved by the project manager
