JOB TITLE
Employee Life Cycle Senior Associate | MAF Global Solutions | HC

ROLE SUMMARY
As Employee Life Cycle Senior Associate you will be responsible for the employee from Hire to Retire, (including Onboarding, promotions, transfers, HC letters, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle). You will be the first point of contact for managers and employees regarding HR queries. Examples of questions could be about maternity leave, holidays, and salary payments, Onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of leavers. You will be also responsible for employee certificate and references. Handle operational advice and guidance through phone, e-mail, and chat, handled in a ticket tool system. It will include collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure effective and up to date Human Capital service delivery. Support managers and employees to work within the HC service delivery module and encourage their use of self-service functionality within SuccessFactors

ROLE PROFILE

  • Deliver customer focus support and customer oriented Advisory service to the business across the while organization and achieve the defined KPIs
  • Positive feedback from the organization about timely and efficient support (feedback received from HCBPs, managers, local HC teams)
  • Provide the accurate answer to employee’s queries, seek support from third party or escalate if necessary.
  • Understand customer needs and adjust the support according to the customer needs, and proactively work to solve the route cause for the queries.
  • Handle SuccessFactors business transactions for the assigned account (departments), Example: (hiring, job changes, terminations, compensation changes, HC letters)
  • Monitors and approves all data changes made through the self service portal.
  • Ensure SuccessFactors Data Accuracy for the assigned account and tasks
  • SuccessFactors and the ticketing tool Time maintenance for the assigned tasks


REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-2 years experience in a Human Resources services environment.
  • Familiar with HRIS
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
