Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:

• Design and develop custom Moodle plugins and modules.
• Customize existing Moodle functionalities to meet specific organizational needs.
• Integrate Moodle with other systems and third-party tools via APIs and plugins.

Maintenance and Support:

• Monitor and maintain the Moodle LMS to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the LMS.
• Implement security measures and updates to protect the LMS from vulnerabilities.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with instructional designers and educators to understand and implement their requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to staff and users on Moodle functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Moodle with other organizational systems.

User Experience Enhancement:

• Enhance the user interface and user experience of the Moodle platform.
• Develop and implement responsive and accessible design practices.
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve the LMS.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all customizations and developments.
• Create user guides and technical documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Generate regular reports on system usage, performance, and issues.
