Academic Coordinator

  • Supports faculty in all matters related to academic operations.
  • Assists in creating the schedules for exams (Midterm & Final) and collaborates in this regard with the Exam Unit Student services office.
  • Answers all phone calls, attends to all inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Answer students’ inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinates with instructors & HR office concerning Instructors’ contracts.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Arrange Board meetings and related meetings.
  • Participation in control work.
  • Performs any administrative tasks requested from program manager.

 


Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration or any relevant field.1 to 3 years of experience in Educational & Administrative support.Very Good level of English Language.Very Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)Prompt response and multitasking (complete tasks on time)Organizational and time management skills.Keep date confidentialityExcellent communication and customer service skills.
