Provide operational support for cost control functions and supervise and manage the application of cost control-approved technical standards, guidelines, and procedures for preparing budgets and forecasts, cash flows, and related cost control functions.

Job Responsibility:

• The lessons learned consolidation from running and closing projects
• The pilot projects - Test Environment - of the development from that defined in sections
• Assuring the process of the proper implementation of the Department procedures and the efficiency/quality of the reporting aspects (Unified Templates, predefined data processing, time frames… etc.) to the Senior department manager.
• Discuss gaps analysis with the Senior department manager and provide the Development section with gaps reports.
• The awareness campaign of the developed procedures (flow and outputs) to the Senior department manager
• The performance of the procedure after applying the developed products to the Senior department manager
• The Measuring process of the learning curve for the different levels employees with the developed products
• Any cost overruns via SC/PO approval form in the limit of COO authorization.
• Any Project budget Adjustment.
• Earned value, PFR, updated invoking plan and cash flow, then Set recommendations to secure project profitability and keep cash flow in a positive direction.
• And Consolidate all projects updated cash flow & financial plan and share it on a quarterly basis with the financial department for funding purposes.
• The process of assuring the proper handing over between the Initiation & Closeout section and the Operations teams and vis versa during the initiation and closing phase.
• In the development of activity-based management profiles, by defining the operations individual’s activities, the deliverables resulting from those activities, the targets of performance, appraisal data source, and due dates/ duration.
• Technical guidance, support the project’s cost control Team, and ensure the application of knowledge-sharing concepts.
• The required training based on the process mapped tasks and activities.
• Support in preparing the staffing plan and selecting staff for projects and their moves to different assignments
