Bakery & Confectionary Food Technologist

For a large reputable food manufacturing company in 10th of Ramadan, we are looking for Bakery/Confectionary Food Technologist. Reporting to the R&D Director, the Bakery/Confectionary Food Technologist will be responsible for New Product Development, assuming the following responsibilities:

“Work location in 10th of Ramadan”

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new product development activities to support our customer.
  • Manage product development projects: Oils and fats formulation, processing, or ingredient study etc.
  • Bakery/Confectionery products, product performance test and troubleshooting
  • Data analysis, data management, report making and presentations
  • Monitor lab cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Experienced in edible fats and oil related field and understand nature of oils.Demonstrate initiative, drive, and resilience, resourceful and ability to work independently as well as in a teamHandling of basic lab equipment and analysisKnow about the nature of oils, food, nutrition etc ..
