Onboarding and Orientation:
- Conduct new employee orientations to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain new hire paperwork and personnel files.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through investigation and mediation.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process paperwork for employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee demographics.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Support the performance management process through documentation and tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a similar HR role.Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
