Responsibilities':
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for project teams.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to establish BIM requirements and deliverables.
- Manage the creation, organization, and maintenance of BIM models and associated data.
- Conduct regular model reviews and quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks is a must, ACC, 3D and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
