• Manage and execute all company projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and monitor progress.

• Make financial decisions to support project plans as authorized by the General Manager.
• Ensure project execution and delivery meet quality standards.
• Coordinate raw material supplies with the procurement, finance, and warehouse departments.
• Recommend necessary equipment and tools for project measurement and execution.
• Handle the company's representation with external consulting and testing agencies.
• Provide suggestions and advice to the board of directors, review the company’s organizational structure, and propose adjustments to meet company goals.
