Preparing invoices for the contractor & invoices for subcontractors
pricing the Variations resulted from EIs & RFIs
Reporting to the company through SAP software
Review tender drawings, BOQ and Specs of the project
Study the specifications, drawings, and conditions of the project contract.
Surveying quantities of different activities done on-site and comparing with BOQ.
Providing the tendering department with Quantities, Specs, and Sub-contractors prices to enable them to price BOQ items.
Review purchase orders with the quantities surveyed.
Take off for activities performed by subcontractors and issue their invoices.
Take off for Variation Orders resulting from Design Change, RFI, RFP, and Engineering Instructions.
Preparing the client payment and reviewing it with the consultant
