- Undertake the installation and commissioning process in the clients’ site.
- Provide on-site technical support.
- Provide technical assistance to the maintenance team.
- Lead the installation team and present a timed schedule for the project.
- Work on-site according to the clients’ shift.
- Provide clients with on-site training on the doors.
- Identifies, analyzes and repairs failures and orders replacement parts as required
- Troubleshoot Doors Problems and Repair them on Site.
- Prepare all correspondence and documents related to the project as required.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Faculty of engineering graduate, electrical power, electrical, mechatronics or mechanical department.A broad amount of technical knowledge of industrial doors and/or industrial products.The ability to meet customers and manage key accounts.Flexibility to travel across Egypt.Demonstrable experience in managing teams.Outstanding written and verbal communication.Provide technical support for both team and client.Providing additional support a to ensure a balanced and controlled workflow.Attend necessary site meetings to confirm specifications with current guidelines.Excellent command of MS officeVery good command of English languageCan work under pressureActive, Observer and attentive to detailsDriving license is a must
