About the Role:
As the Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding our market reach, and enhancing the Aladdin brand. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, increasing sales through direct meetings and strategic partnerships, and promoting our services to a broader audience.


Responsibilities:**1. Merchant Engagement:*- Receive a list of our registered merchants and schedule appointments to visit them.- Identify target merchants, develop strategies to reach them, and build strong relationships.- Visit merchants with scheduled appointments arranged by customer service.*2. Market Expansion:*- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business expansion.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new merchants and clients.*3. Exhibition and Event Participation:*- Attend exhibitions and trade shows related to our field of work.- Meet with decision-makers and promote the Aladdin brand at these events.*4. Product Sourcing:*- Determine the goods to be sold through Aladdin.- Reach out to and establish relationships with first-hand providers of these goods.*5. Relationship Building:*- Foster and maintain relationships with existing merchants to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.*6. Public Relations:*- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Aladdin brand.- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry big chains.*7. Performance Tracking:*- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.*8.
