  1. Make his role as a sales call, follow up with clients, make sights visits, reservations units.
  2. 0 cold calls tasks.
  3. Privet ads on social media on behave of our company to generate potential clients.
  4. Attend orientations & make presentation on daily.
  5. Help clients buy or sell properties.
  6. Responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.
  7. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Minimum meeting number is 20 / monthly – 5/weekly
  8. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  9. Visiting clients and going on site visits.
  10. Answering client questions and handling objections.
  11. Supporting team members especially his partner.
  12. Representing the company in his appearance and behavior.
  13. Write all feedback on crm in Arabic or English language. 
  14. Follow his team leader plan to achieve sales goals & team goals.
  15. Inter at least 30 new resale unit (inventory) monthly for the company.
