1- Assist in the design of electrical systems for commercial and/or industrial building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems.
2- Contribute to the preparation of construction documents, including electrical plans, details, and specifications.
3- Perform basic electrical load calculations and voltage drop analyses under the supervision of a senior engineer.
4- Coordinate with other MEP disciplines to ensure integrated building systems
5- Review and interpret shop drawings and submittals from contractors
Provide support during construction administration, such as responding to RFIs and attending site visits.
1- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.2- One year of experience as an MEP Electrical Engineer.3- Facility sector experience is a must.4- Familiarity with electrical design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)5- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local/state electrical codes.6- Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills.7- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
