Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models using Revit or other BIM software.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural) and stakeholders to integrate architectural designs.
- Produce high-quality construction documents and drawings.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.
- Support project teams with BIM model development, coordination, and detailing.
- Perform quality checks on models and drawings to ensure compliance with project standards and best practices.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support as needed with other disciplines, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling and project coordination.Proficiency in Revit and other BIM software.Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Residency in Giza-6th of October city is preferable .
