Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on technical office tasks. You will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings, quantity surveying, and supporting the project team with technical documentation and reports. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, quantity survey software, and Microsoft Office is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare quantity survey reports and estimations.
- Develop and manage technical documentation and project reports.
- Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of engineering tasks.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Support the coordination of engineering activities and project schedules.
Provide technical support and expertise to the project team as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on technical office tasks.Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D for creating detailed engineering drawings.Experience with quantity survey software and performing quantity take-offs.Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.Knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management software and tools.Familiarity with construction site practices and workflow.Residency in Giza-6th of October city is preferable.
