Performance Marketing Specialist

  • Creating & optimizing campaigns across the digital landscape; especially Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Monitoring deliverables’ performance to maintain accountability.
  • Creating performance reports, highlighting wins, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively across the marketing team, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across channels and campaigns.

At least (4) years of experience in the same positions.Ed-tech experience is a huge plus.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns and strategies.Expertise in managing campaigns across social media platforms.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficient with Google Ads & Facebook AdsProven experience implementing complex PPC & display campaignsWork Conditions:(8) Working hours (10:00 AM:06:00 PM).5 Working days (Thursday and Friday off).Social and medical insurance.
