Job Summary:
As a Junior Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitor analysis. Stay updated on the latest developments and opportunities in the hospitality industry.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, networking events, and trade shows. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Business Development: Proactively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and articulate the value proposition of our company. Responsible for transforming the lead into contract.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Attending industry events and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.

Proposal Development: Prepare compelling and customized proposals and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and tailored proposals that meet the clients' specific requirements.

Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with other organizations, such as F&B, Guest Experience partners, event planners, and service providers, to enhance our service offerings and expand our market reach.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track business development activities, analyze key performance indicators, and prepare reports on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive analysis. Provide regular updates to the management team.


Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.0 – 3 Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and event management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and research skills to identify market opportunities and trends.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to travel as required.
