  4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with related Departments to ensure product availability.
  5. Customer Experience Improvement: Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve issues and complaints.
  6. Performance Analysis: Review periodic reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Execute promotional and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  8. Policy and Procedure Compliance: Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  9. Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
