Job Description

To achieve business objectives by meeting quantity targets for all films for assigned customers.
To ensure OTIF (on time in full deliveries) and improve Services with Customer.
To generate better pricing by Value addition and follow Flex policy for pricing.
To resolve complaint / issue and ensure Complaint closure – within 10 days from assigned customers.
To develop and promote market for new innovative products.
To ensure customer visits on regular basis, manage inventory.
To meet Company Financial Objectives with timely collection.
To provide support and coordinate with all Functional Heads along with Customers.
To proactively participate in promotion of Flex and products in Market and forums. Work on Sustainability.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in chemical engineering /business or marketing.2 - 6 years of experience preferably in Flexible Packaging.Excellent command of EnglishExcellent communication skills.Pleasant Personality and good networking.Good in follow up, negotiation and persuasion with Customers specially B2B.Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel.
