1. Develop and implement information systems which will provide data on existing and potential customers to enable the company to identify opportunities for new sales.
2. Develop and implement systems and processes to enable the effective monitoring of performance and the identification of improvements in product quality and service delivery.
3. Carry out or commission surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in product quality and service delivery.
4. Carry out or commission research in the company’s existing and potential markets to identify new opportunities.
5. Assist other departments in the risk assessment of new products and services.
6. Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated documents to improve the marketing of the company and its products.
7. Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues.
8. Maintain regular contact with the sales and production functions to keep abreast of any developments in products and services.
9. Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the company continues to compete effectively.


Bachelor degree in EngineeringHas 10 - 15 Years Experience in Constructions Company
