- Initiate evaluation of an opportunity to complete for a contract through the production of a bid.
- Responsible for managing bids in response to request for proposals from customers.
- Co-ordinate all internal parties involved in the bid process to ensure everyone is aware of the level of contribution expected of them and knows when their deadlines are.
- Ensure the smooth running of the bid for opportunities within the correct time and financial parameters.
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting company value proposition.
- Reflecting company’s services and abilities.
- Responsible for submitting a complete bid to an existing or prospective clients.
- Responsible for preparing the documentation and presentations.
- Ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and - crucially – compelling
- Ensure that all the standard documents are delivered with the proposal
Preferred to have Infrastructure Technologies background Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Communication Engineering Excellent communication skills Strong Negotiations Skills Excellent analysis and decision making skills Excellent time management Presentable Career driven & motivated
