As a Working Drawings Architect, you will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate construction drawings and documentation for a variety of projects. Your expertise will ensure that our designs are executed flawlessly, meeting all regulatory requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings, construction documents, and detailing for various architectural projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to interpret and implement design concepts into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings.
- Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback and changes in project scope.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Utilize Revit and other architectural softwares to create and modify drawings.
- Assist in project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.3-5 years of experience in producing working drawings and construction documents.Proficiency in CAD / BIM softwares (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other architectural tools.Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and organizational skills.
