- Implement and Maintain TPM Programs:
- Develop, implement, and sustain Total Productive Maintenance programs across the facility.
- Conduct regular TPM audits and ensure adherence to TPM principles and practices.
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:
- Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.
- Use data analysis to predict potential failures and take proactive measures to prevent breakdowns.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Specialize in the maintenance and troubleshooting of pneumatic systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
Preferred Qualifications:2-3 years of ExperiencePLC,SCADA,NUMATIC Experience is a MUSTExperience in sheet metal fabrication machines and wiring assembly machinesExperience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the automotive industry.
