As the BIM Modelers Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of five or more BIM modelers. Your primary role will be to manage, coordinate, and ensure the quality and efficiency of the BIM modeling processes within the team. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver accurate and high-quality BIM models that meet project specifications and deadlines.

All work is done remotely until necessary in-person meetings are required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of five or more BIM modelers, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Coordinate and oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models using Revit.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the BIM modeling team and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols, including COBie and IFC.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of BIM models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Manage the creation and management of Revit families.
• Implement and maintain BIM coordination processes, including clash detection and resolution.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and present reports on BIM modeling progress and performance to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and practices.
